Booking Procedure
Reservation must be directed to Wings International Ticketing & Tours office in Yangon, Myanmar.

Our Yangon Office is only entitled to offer the price and confirm the reservations. Rates are quoted net in United States dollar and Wings International Ticketing & Tours reserve the right to change with or without prior notice.
Payment
You will be required to pay 50% deposit of the package and the balance will be required on arrival on cash or via bank prior to one month of arrival day.
Kindly requested you to bring a very good condition of USD notes if you would like to pay in cash. Otherwise, you can transfer to our bank mentioned below.

Client’s full details together with rooming list are request to provide upon your reservation.
Rate & Services
All rates are quoted NETT to agent in USD Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Included in the tour prices are transfer & sightseeing in air-conditioned vehicle, accommodation (Twin-shared basis), all meals as mentioned in each itinerary in local restaurants, Language speaking accompanied throughout guide, entrance fees, domestic airfares and services as shown in each tour itinerary. Not included in the tour prices are visa fees, airport tax , personal expenses and not mentioned in service includes.
Group Discount
Every 16th member of a group will be given complimentary subject to FOC.
Guide Services
All the land arrangements are accompanied by local English speaking guides. Cost of services for language guides accompanying throughout will be of additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are calculated from the day written notification is received. The penalties are follows:
- (45-36) days prior to confirmed arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total confirmed room charges, will be imposed.
- (35-16) days prior to confirmed arrival date, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total confirmed room charges, will be imposed.
- (16- or less) days prior to confirmed arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total confirmed room charges, will be imposed.
Confirmation
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
Refund
After commencement of Travel, no refund in full or part will be given for services included in the programs which are not utilized by the clients.
Responsibility
Wings International Ticketing & Tours act as the agent for the person in regard to travel by any mean of transportation and assume no liability for any loss , injury or damage sustained by the person including those occurring outside the touring programs. Therefore Wings International Ticketing & Tours will accept no responsibilities for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay, sickness, weather, strike or other cause beyond its control. Participation in the tour implies the person’s agreement to the above conditions. Wings International Ticketing & Tours also reserve the right to modify or reverse the original program in the interest of the clients. It may substitute flights with train or coach service when deemed necessary due to circumstance. However Wings International Ticketing & Tours will endeavor to keep to the original program and arrangements as agreed upon.
